Whether choosing to go through your insurance company or paying out of pocket, we will handle it for you.  We deal with insurance companies, as well as, arrange for rental cars.  Your one call will set our team in motion from towing your car to our facility, to driving it back after repairs are completed.

Estimates and supplementary estimates:

An estimate is an approximation for the cost of repair for the visible damage to the vehicle.  However, as the ar is dismantled and repair work proceeds, additional damage may be uncovered.  When this occurs, the estimate requires a supplement.

A supplement is simply an additional bill to cover the cost of labor and/or parts for the newly discovered damage.  Sometimes, several supplements may be necessary to complete repairs to the hidden damage.

Supplements must be approved by the insurance company prior to completion.  We will negotiate the need for the additional satisfactory repairs to obtain the supplemental payment from the insurance company.  After an agreement is reached, an additional check is issued.

If the insurance company does not issue a supplemental check within 30 days, the customer will be responsible for the payment.
